The week after midsummer would, if I remember correct, be in late June. At least I will work fulltime then and that means I will only be able to attend Saturday if we are not somewhere near Lund.

If I get a decent job I can ask for that week off and actually attend.
That would be awesome.

I say. Let's see what other people say.
When are they saying, and what are they saying about?

Ume? would be nice, but it's a bit hard and expensive to get to. Lund is close enough to Copenhagen to be fairly easy to get to from anywhere, but suffers from being a bit repetitive as we were here last year. Do we have other options with enough room that we know in advance will be available, and which are reasonably easy to get to for people traveling from afar?

There is always the alternative to go camping in the forest. Then we can decide exactly where depending on what is closest.

I think the best bet would be either ume? or lund, simply to minimize travel costs. Less people travelling, the better. That being said, I think a lot of us students, (read, me!) need to get a job during the summer and the scedule and location may play a big part in bbq or no bbq. ^^

This, even thou I know where I will work and can change my scedule a bit. I'd say our best bet is as early as possible since most don't start workning till mid-late june.

I currently have no idea whatsoever when I'll have time or money, hoping I'll be working during summer, but hopefully the weekends will be clear, and hopefully I will be able to take a Friday off for travel/two nights of bbqq. :p

If we do this in Ume?, will there be enough places to crash? If so, I'd say go for that, as we were in Lund last year.

Well, there should still be weekends, and if I get stuck driving a damn taxi because of not finding anything else, I'll just go "NO U!" to working whenever we decide to have the BBQQ. :p
